HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States for any order over $99.

If your order is less than that we offer a $7 domestic flat rate for anywhere in the continental United States. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY FROATS?

We ship every pair out of Baltimore, MD, and depending on distance can be between 3-4 days. 

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Absolutely. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. 

WHAT IF I NEVER GET A TRACKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

If it has been more than 48 hours and you don't have a tracking number, then please email us immediately at: TheGoose@froats.com and we'll nail it down. 

WHAT IF SOMEHOW THE WRONG PAIR OF FROATS ARRIVES IN THE MAIL?

There will be hell to pay at FROATS HQ and you will get a sincere apology and we'll blast you a replacement pair as soon as we receive the return.

DOES FROATS OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Our automated shipping rate calculator will determine the cost once you input your destination address and that will be added to your order in the checkout process.
