Exchanges & Returns
We believe in the quality and comfort of our FROATS, but if you are unsatisfied with your pair we'll be happy to help you exchange or return for a refund.
TO QUALIFY, THE BELOW GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED:
- *** Returns are extended to end of January from 11/15 forward as we call this our holiday period ***
- Shoes must be returned in perfect condition
- Cannot be worn outside
- No damage
- Shoes must be returned with original contents including original tagging and original shoe box
- You must be able to provide the order information
HOW TO INITIATE THIS PROCESS:
Please email us at: TheGoose@froats.com and drop us a quick note as to the reasons for exchanging or returning. We will then generate a return shipping label and email you this label.
HOW TO RETURN:
FROATS offers free return shipping. If you are returning or exchanging, please place the shoes back inside the original box and packaging and use the return shipping label that has been emailed after your initiation of the exchange/return process. Print this out and affix this label over the existing shipping label and drop off at your nearest Post Office.
Once our warehouse receives the returned item in perfect condition, we will then ship your desired replacement pair or issue you a refund. Please note that typical bank processing takes 3-5 days for your refund to show up in your account.
Products from our 2017 Drop are marked down to the extent that all sales are final. We do not accept returns on items from the 2017 Drop.
