Exchanges & Returns
We believe in the quality and comfort of our FROATS, but if you are unsatisfied with your pair we'll be happy to help you exchange or return for a refund.
TO QUALIFY, THE BELOW GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED:
- Exchanges / returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Shoes must be returned in perfect condition
- No damage and not worn outside
- Shoes must be returned with original contents including original tagging and original shoe box
- You must be able to provide the order information
HOW TO INITIATE THIS PROCESS:
Please email us at: TheGoose@froats.com and drop us a quick note as to the reasons for exchanging or returning. We will then generate a return shipping label and email you this label. You can also contact us here.
HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN:
FROATS offers free shipping on returns and exchanges on all products $99+ for customers in the USA. If you are returning or exchanging, please place the shoes back inside the original box and packaging and use the return shipping label that has been emailed after your initiation of the exchange/return process. Print this out and affix this label over the existing shipping label and drop off at your nearest Post Office.
Once our warehouse receives the returned / exchanged item in perfect condition, we will then ship your desired replacement pair or issue you a refund. Please note that typical bank processing takes 3-5 days for your refund to show up in your account.
We totally get it; sometimes you need to go up or down a size. We will happily facilitate an exchange that meets the above guidelines with free shipping both ways one time per order.
RETURN RESTOCKING FEE:
** For returns only, please be aware a flat $10 fee is kept as this covers the labor and time associated with return inspection, inventory cataloging, and product restock. **
Products from our 2017 & 2018 Drop are marked down to the extent that all sales are final. We do not accept returns on items from the 2017 & 2018 Drop.
